Non-Geographic Number Services

Naqada offers every type of non-geographic number available in the UK. All our numbers are provided free of charge, with no set up charges or number rentals. Call statistics are provided by e-mail on a daily basis and via a secure web based statistics package for those requiring real-time updates.

Calls to our numbers are delivered using IN (intelligent network) functionality, meaning customers can specify where and how the calls terminate according to call routing plans tailored to their requirements.  Our numbers can also be provided with all the features you'd expect from a modern telephone system, like voicemail, call divert and call recording, allowing customers to create a "virtual office" with no capital expenditure.

Geographic

Geographic numbers relate to a specific City, Town or Area. For instance, 020 is the Local Area Code for London. Geographic numbers are ideal for companies to use when advertising outside of their local areas. For example, a company based in the USA could advertise in the UK using a London number and any calls made to the number would then be diverted to their existing landline in the US. The reason for doing this is that most people are more likely to ring a business that appears local than one that appears to be miles away.

Freephone/toll free numbers

These numbers offer a proven way of increasing business and developing customer loyalty. By enabling potential customers to phone your business free of charge from anywhere in the UK, these numbers are especially valuable when attracting new business - research suggests advertising responses increase by between 50% and 300% when a Freephone number is used.

 

0845 Local rate numbers

Callers to these numbers are charged for a local rate call only, regardless of their location within the UK. Revenue shares offered on a case by case basis.

0870 National rate numbers

 

These numbers give you a national presence and are particularly useful if you have a customer base that would normally ring a long distance number. 0870 numbers are billed to the caller at national rate regardless of their location in the UK and in certain circumstances can generate a revenue stream. They are also accessible from overseas.

0844/0871 Special rate marketing numbers

0871/0844 are revenue generating numbers often used by service/content and information line providers. Caller pays 1-10ppm from any location within the UK, depending on the number range selected.

070 Personal numbers

Calls to our Personal Numbers are also routed using our IN functionality, allowing you to have a service that 'follows you' wherever you are. The 070 number becomes your personal number for life even if your landline or mobile number changes.

07 Mobile Numbers.

In addition to our Personal numbers Naqada can also offer a range of UK mobile numbers.

090 Premium Rate numbers

090 is a revenue generating number often used by service/content and information line providers. UK Premium rate numbers are offered in two types:
a. those that are billed on a per minute basis - the revenue generated increasing along with the length of the call and
b. those that are charged on a per call basis,  the caller paying the same fee for the call regardless of it's duration.
Callers pay from 5ppm/ppc to 150ppm/ppc depending on the type of service provided from any location within the UK.
